We are a team of senior practitioners. Engineers, designers, and operators who have shipped production systems for decades and now run an AI-integrated practice. There are no layers and no junior staffing pyramid. The person you talk to is the person doing the work.
Most companies are still running on software designed before anyone had heard of AI. The core systems are twenty years old, and the teams around them spend their days copying things between spreadsheets, reconciling exports, and patching gaps no vendor will close.
We kept seeing the same pattern in lighting, in manufacturing, in state health and human services. The work was real; the tools were not up to it. So we built a practice around fixing that, one system at a time, with the new generation of tools that finally make it tractable.

Meet customers where they are. No one wants to hear "we're replacing your system" on day one. We start by connecting to what you have, taking away the worst of the manual grunt work, and earning the right to do more.
Automate the grunt work first. The copy-paste-into-Excel layer around every system of record is where the pain lives, and where the fastest, most honest wins are. We start there.
Human expert in the loop. AI does the volume; your experts own the judgment. We design systems that make your experts faster, not systems that pretend to replace them.
Build systems, not demos. A demo gets shown once and forgotten. A system runs the business every day, and that's the work we want to be doing.
Senior hands on the work. The people who scope the problem are the people who solve it. That is non-negotiable for us.
We care about a few things, and we try to be honest about which ones.
We care about durability. The systems we build should still be working, and still be worth working with, five years from now.
We care about clarity. If we cannot explain what something does in plain English, we are not done thinking about it.
We care about respect for the operator. Someone, somewhere, has to use this software on a Tuesday afternoon at 4pm. Their day should be better because of it.
We are not an AI agent product company. There's no chatbot, no agent platform, no subscription seat to buy from us.
We build systems. The AI is a component, an important one used well, but the deliverable is a working platform that runs your business.
