BEFORE

A platform from another era underneath everything.

RFQ emails copied by hand into quotes. Fixture schedules retyped into line-item tables. Manufacturer data hunted across browser windows. Submittals assembled by hand. Commissions reconciled in spreadsheets. Three hundred inbound RFQ emails a day, about ten minutes per email. They wanted to be the agency that ran the AI era, instead of the one that got run over by it.

Across ~300 inbound RFQs a day, the AI produces a usable quote draft in about two minutes instead of the ten it used to take to copy-paste by hand. Multiplied across the team, that's roughly half a million dollars a year of capacity unlocked. Commission and consolidation gains are landing in production as well, on top of the labor line.
